1. The short version
We collect one thing on this site: the email address you give the waitlist form. Analytics run without cookies. We do not sell personal information.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist email. You type it in, we store it with our email platform, and we use it to tell you when your seat opens and to run the waitlist.
- Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service. It counts visits and pages in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores no personal profiles, and does not follow you across sites.
No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
3. Who processes it
The waitlist email lives with our email delivery platform, acting as a processor for Enysite LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Plausible processes aggregate usage data. We share personal information with no one else, and we never sell or rent it.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe, you ask us to delete them, or the waitlist ends, whichever comes first.
5. Your choices and rights
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@arbcatch.ai and we will act on it.
6. California residents
If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA and CPRA: to know what personal information we collect (the waitlist email described above), to delete it, to correct it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. Requests: hello@arbcatch.ai.
7. Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here and email the waitlist before the change takes effect.
