1. Who we are

ArbCatch is a product of Enysite LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Enysite", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the ArbCatch website at arbcatch.ai and, once launched, the ArbCatch terminal and related services.

2. What ArbCatch is, and is not

ArbCatch is software and education. It scans prediction market venues, grades cross-market spreads, and surfaces opportunities with supporting data. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the risk disclosure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the prediction market venues you connect. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any venue is lawful where you live.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means giving us one email address. We use it as described in the privacy policy. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side.

5. Seats, billing, and the guarantee

• Seats are sold quarterly ($297 per quarter) or semi-annually ($534 per 6 months), billed in advance in US dollars.
• Founding cohort pricing stays fixed for as long as the subscription remains active.
• The 30-day opportunity guarantee: if the terminal does not surface at least 10 positive-edge opportunities in your first 30 days, we refund your first payment in full on request.
• Opportunities are not profits. The guarantee covers what the terminal surfaces, not trading results.

6. Your keys, your trades

Venue API keys you connect stay in your browser. We never take custody of funds or credentials, and we never place trades except as you direct through the terminal. Every trade is your decision and your responsibility.

7. Acceptable use

Do not resell, share, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, and do not use it to violate any venue's terms or any law.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, content, and marks belong to Enysite LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. Data can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete, and markets move. To the fullest extent the law allows, Enysite LLC is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights your home state's law gives you that cannot be waived, including rights under California law.

11. Changes

We can update these terms. If a change is material, we will email active subscribers before it takes effect.
